?Taxes in this state are suffocating senior citizens, small businesses and low- and moderate-income families,? Brown, R-Burlington, Camden and Atlantic, said. ?After Trenton Democrats raised taxes and fees 115 times to the tune of $8.3 billion last decade, Republican leadership has been able to reduce a number of those increases by $2.44 billion.
